Sara grew up in traditional software practices, but for over a year she’s been working on a team at Microsoft that uses Agile practices.  Keith and Woody sit down with Sara to discuss what she’s doing with the proceeds of her new book, a great story, as well as how she’s adjusted to Agile ways over the past year.
